Benjamin is a Director in the Digital Assets team for WisdomTree. He focuses on overall digital asset strategy, research and external relations. Prior to joining the company Ben was Cyber Catastrophe Lead at Hiscox Insurance Group. His prior work experience covered the opportunities and risks presented by emerging technologies for organisations including the OECD and the European Parliament.   Ben was a Fellow for Cybersecurity and received a Master of International Affairs from the School of International and Public Affairs at Columbia University. He also graduated with honours from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Economic and Social Sciences.

Gabriel earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Buenos Aires (cum laude), honed his expertise working at the Central Bank of Argentina (BCRA) as well as Tilton Capital, among others.

Gruber’s career trajectory took a turn towards entrepreneurship as he co-founded and led Properati, a real estate startup that saw immense growth in Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, and Chile. Following the acquisition of Properati by OLX Group in June 2018, Gruber continued to contribute to the company’s expansion into Colombia, Ecuador, and Peru.

Never one to rest on his laurels, Gruber embarked on a new venture to transform the decentralized finance ecosystem. His brainchild, Exactly Finance, is an open-source, non-custodial protocol on Ethereum that provides an autonomous fixed and variable interest rate market. By connecting the global credit market to DeFi, Exactly aims to benefit consumers, companies, and investors worldwide.

Aside from his professional endeavors, Gruber is an avid amateur runner, completing grueling events like the NYC Marathon, Patagonia Run, Oslo Marathon, and more.
